PWR's intercooler and pipe kit is specially designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia to boost your Amarok's torque, power and fuel economy.
By combining the most efficiently designed PWR intercooler and pipe kit, there is no longer the problem of hose expansion under pressure giving improved throttle response.
Fully engineered and manufactured in Australia, incorporating mandrel bent hard aluminium pipes, high quality 5 ply silicone joints and CNC machined billet aluminium outlets with unique ribbed design meaning hose blow-off issues experienced with other kits are eliminated. High quality constant tension Murray Clamps are also included.
PWR's high flow extruded intercooler core is 31% thicker than the OEM unit, giving a lower charge gas pressure drop and improved efficiency. During wind tunnel testing the charge gas outlet temperature saw a 16°C (23%) reduction compared to the OEM unit!
When combined with a mild remap, power increases of 16% and torque improvements of 12% have also been seen!
Full colour fitting instructions are provided for both the intercooler and pipe kit. Installation taking approximately 3 hours to fit DIY with the help of another person.
